When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st and is considered late if postmarked after the 5th. For your convenience, payments may also be made online.
How long is the lease agreement?
The lease period runs from August 1 – July 25.
Is there a security deposit or application fee?
College Town does not require a fee to submit an application. A refundable security deposit, in the amount equal to one month's rent, is required at lease signing and will be returned to the tenant upon move-out.
What type of on-site security do you provide?
College Town has an on-site caretaker available after-hours to assist with any problems or issues.
What utilities am I required to pay?
The monthly rent includes free wireless internet and cable television. As a tenant, you are required to separately pay for electric, gas, and water services.
What are the hours of the clubhouse?
The clubhouse is open 24-hours per day for use. The hot tub and pool are open between the hours of 10am – 10pm; however, management reserves the right to restrict these hours due to tenant misconduct.
What appliances are included with the cottage?
The following appliances are included: washer, dryer, dishwasher, disposal, stove, self-cleaning oven, microwave and refrigerator.
Is parking assigned?
No, parking is available to everyone on a first come, first serve basis and is free-of-charge.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed within the College Town community.
